In HOLLAND, BELGIUM and GERMANY, we provide various types of short and long term housing options: 

  • houses/apartments for 1 person, rent from € 950 (plus 6% VAT) per month
  • 2 -  3 bedroom houses/apartments for maximum of 3 persons, rent from € 1250 (plus 6% VAT)  per month
  • 3 – 4 bedroom houses for up to 6 persons, rent from € 1600 (plus 6% VAT) per month
  • Holiday houses for groups, rent from € 950 (plus 6% VAT) per month, weekly rates per request
  • Most houses feature a back yard and parking facilities
  • Locations are arranged to be near work sites.
  • Fully furnished incl. fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, TV, beds and  beddings and internet connection, fully prepared to move in
  • Inspections are conducted every 2 weeks or upon agreement to ensure full function of the living spaces. Repairs and maintenance are conducted
  • Direct contact with area manager
  • Utilities check to avoid over consumption or any additional bills at the end of the lease period
  • Urgent repairs such as electrical, heating, damages etc. are addressed as soon as possible without delay
  • Flexible notice period up to 1 calendar month
  •  Up to 1 month deposit
  • Commission fee applies upon agreement and depends on number of rented properties but max. up to 50% of the monthly rent

Lease is signed and regulated by our Dutch partner company Inka Consultancy BV therefore Dutch law and Dutch tax regulations are applied. At the lease the ROZ general conditions apply, which are determined by the Property Board (Raad Onroerende Zaken) on July 30th, 2003. These general conditions regulate a significant proportion of the rights and obligations of landlord and tenant (changes in the interior made by the tenant, changes in provisions by the lessor, maintenance, damage and liability, additional supplies and services, payments, co-tenancy, rent changes, termination and complaints). Due to fact that general conditions are part of the lease, the landlord should be aware of the content, therefore we provide the general conditions of the landlord.
